Rev. Knowles recently was elected Pastor of our church and moved to Port Charlotte with his wife Susan and son, David, from Princeton, IN. He also served as Pastor of Presbyterian churches in Evansville, IN, and Simpsonville, SC. In addition, he served as Associate Pastor of a large Presbyterian church in Panama City, FL, and as Youth Pastor at Grace Chapel in Lexington MA - one of the largest churches in Massachusetts.

Rev. Knowles worked on his doctorate at Columbia Seminary in Decatur, GA. He received his Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell in Hamilton, MA, and undergraduate degree from University of Georgia. Since graduation, he has completed a number of Continuing Education Programs at Billy Graham School of Evangelism, Saddleback Community Church, Willow Creek Church, Columbia Seminary, and Louisville Theological Seminary. Rev. Knowles welcomes all to share his God given interests in preaching, leadership, evangelism, and pastoral care.
